Technical Issue
Device, software, email, connectivity, support, or other technical problems.
Report an issue, raise a concern, request assistance, or create a support ticket so your enquiry reaches the right Evolv(E) team.
ONE PLACE FOR SUPPORT
The Evolv(E) Support Centre is designed to separate support requests from general consultation enquiries. Select the correct category, choose a priority, explain the issue, and the request will be prepared for the relevant team.
Ticket creation is now connected to the Evolv(E) database. New support requests are stored securely with their generated reference number. Live status tracking is the next backend stage.
WHAT DO YOU NEED HELP WITH?
Selecting a category will take you directly to the ticket form and preselect the appropriate request type.
Device, software, email, connectivity, support, or other technical problems.
Report website errors, broken functionality, content problems, or website-related support needs.
Raise a concern or request support relating to marketing, campaigns, content, or promotional work.
Report an issue or request assistance relating to an Evolv(E) graphic design project.
Raise a query relating to photography, delivered material, project communication, or creative support.
Submit a service concern or complaint that does not fit into one of the categories above.
CREATE A TICKET
Once the form is submitted, the page creates a unique Evolv(E) ticket reference and stores the support request directly in the Evolv(E) database.
Select the support category and priority.
Provide enough detail for the support team to understand the request.
Keep the generated reference for future communication about the issue.
Complete the form below. Your request will be routed according to the support category selected.
TRACK A TICKET
Enter the ticket reference you received when submitting your request together with the same email address used on the ticket. If both details match, Evolv(E) will securely return the current ticket status and basic support information.
Ticket details are not publicly searchable. The reference and matching customer email are both required.
Use the exact ticket reference and email address from your original support request.
SUPPORT QUESTIONS
Include a clear description of the problem, what you were trying to do, what happened, and any useful error wording.
Priority helps describe the impact of the issue. It does not guarantee a specific response time unless Evolv(E) later introduces formal service-level agreements.
File uploads are not enabled yet. Screenshot and document attachments can be added when we introduce secure Supabase Storage in a later backend stage.
The reference helps identify the request in future correspondence and prepares us for proper status tracking later.
